LEEDS EXPLORE: PT I

Today I visited my good friend Chris who lives in Leeds and we both went exploring the abandoned relics that still stood in the outskirts of the city.

We started with a visit to the abandoned village in Adel, but sadly upon arrival we found that it wasn't much abandoned anymore and the area had been turned into a building site to make way for new homes. So we took a few pictures of the outside of the buildings left standing and made our way out of the area.

Pulling into a lay-by we searched the net and found that there was an abandoned hospital located in Cookridge that looked too good to pass up, and it wasn't far from Adel. Perfect!

After searching for a good while we finally found it and went into the grounds! The place had a really eerie feel to it. We scoured the area for access to the inside of the building but couldn't gain entry. So we made do with the exterior and we got some great images. Check them out below and let me know what you think.

Have you been here before? Do you have any pictures? Feel free to link me to them!

The photos below are part one of two as I got a lot of shots!

Peace.
